General Information and Product Specifications
Our Bag Filter Housing systems are robust and versatile, designed to cater to a variety of filtration requirements. They come in single versions that accommodate one filter bag, or multi-filter housing that can hold several bags, ranging from one to as many as 14 per filtration system. The available lengths are suitable for single length, double length, and triple length, all with a diameter of 7” (180 mm). For smaller applications, we also supply size 3 and size 4 for single houses, also known as minibags.
These housings can handle both low and high-pressure classes. If the number of filter bags exceeds one, a Davit Lifter (swivel wheel & swivel arm) is utilized. The connections are offered in various types including Flange, BSP thread, NPT thread, ANSI Flange, Sanitary Clamp, Dairy connection, and more. Connection sizes range from 1” to 10”. Seals are available in EPDM, NBR, Viton, and Teflon, ensuring a secure fit and optimal performance.
For housings with a low number of bags and low pressure class, a V-Clamp closure can be used. However, we typically recommend swing bolts due to their robustness and durability. Both the interior and exterior of our stainless steel housings can be electrolytically polished and/or provided with a coating, depending on your specific process situation and type of liquid.
