JMF-Filters B.V. advises, produces, and supplies a complete range of high-quality duplex filters and duplex filter systems. These liquid filters are supplied in Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, Duplex 2205, and with a polyurethane coating (ISO 12944 class / Marine Environments). Upon request, we can supply a single version in a frame, but we also have extensive experience in producing comprehensive skids.

Operation Duplex Filter System
With these systems, the volumetric flow can be directed through both filter housings, but if required during cleaning or replacement of the filter basket, one side can easily be shut off by means of valves. In our calculations, we take into account your process flow and that a single filter housing can still handle this. Our filter specialists are happy to assist you further.
Applications
The system is applied in various process situations.
These are often used when interruption of the volumetric flow is not permitted and the process must continue during replacement or cleaning of the filter screens. By closing the shut-off valves on one side, the liquid to be filtered will flow only through the other filter housing, allowing the basket to be cleaned or replaced without haste. The type to be used depends entirely on the filtration requirement.

Production & Stock
Because this concerns a custom-produced system, the delivery time is often several weeks after approval of the final drawing. If it concerns a more standard version, we can deliver within 1 week. The filter systems are tested and inspected per production batch for accuracy and quality.
