What is a basket strainer?

Equipped with a practical flip-up lid, the Basket Strainer supports easy serviceability, thus reducing downtime and making the process smoother. Dirty liquid is fed through the inlet and passes through the sieve basket, where solids and other pollutants are trapped.

This strainer requires checking and cleaning when a difference in pressure arises. This can be done after the application is turned off and the unit is opened. Once checked and cleaned, the strainer can be re-installed and the process can be restarted.
