What is a Bag Filter Housing

We offer a robust, versatile range of Bag Filter Housing systems designed to serve diversified filtration needs. Available in single versions, only housing one filter bag, to multi-filter housing—that can carry varying numbers of filter bags, from 1 to as many as 14 in a filtration system—and available lengths convenient for Single Length, Double Length, and Triple Length; all diameters are 7″ (180mm). For more minor purposes, we also provide size 3 and size 4, which is in turn called a minibag, which is available for single houses. 

These housings can also withstand low as well as high-pressure classes. In case of more than one filter bags, Davit Lifter equipped with swivel wheel and swivel arm is mobilized there. This model of connections exists in Flange, BSP thread, NPT thread, ANSI Flange, Sanitary Clamp, Dairy connection etc. Types of connection in sizes reaching 1″ to 10″. Seals in EPDM, NBR, Viton, Teflon—one-way secure that also happens for safety and performance.

On housings with a lower count of bags and a lower pressure class, a V-Clamp closure can be done if required. Swing bolts are sturdier, so we would recommend that instead. The inside and outside of our stainless steel housings can potentially be electrochemically polished and/or coated, depending upon your exact process situation and your liquid type of choice.
