What makes JMF’s Hybrid Combi Technology so effective?

Filtration may sound simple, but in practice it is often a component that requires a lot of attention. Think of filters that clog quickly, high maintenance costs or production processes that come to a standstill because systems are not working optimally. These are frustrations that we at JMF understand all too well.

So at JMF, we offer a product we are proud of: the Hybrid Combi Technology. This innovative filtration system solves common problems and provides a sustainable, efficient and cost-effective solution to a variety of filtration issues.

How does the Hybrid Combi Technology work?

The Hybrid Combi Technology works with a clever combination of techniques: spray nozzles and patented brushes. This approach ensures that even stubborn soiling is removed thoroughly and efficiently. This makes the system particularly suitable for various applications, regardless of the type of soiling.

What makes this system truly unique is its fully automatic operation. The filter itself detects when it becomes dirty by measuring an increasing pressure differential. Once this happens, it automatically starts a cleaning cycle. Within 10 to 20 seconds, the contamination is flushed away, after which the system is fully operational again.

Thanks to this quick and efficient cleaning, your process does not remain idle unnecessarily. Manual maintenance is virtually eliminated, saving time and costs. In short, Hybrid Combi Technology offers a reliable and user-friendly solution to complex filtration challenges

Why is this technology so effective?

• Efficient and reliable cleaning
Our unique combination of spray nozzles and brushes removes both coarse and fine particles. This means less risk of clogging and consistently clean operation of your system.
• Smart and durable design
Hybrid Combi Technology does not waste energy or water. It cleans only when needed, making the system resource-efficient. The materials used, such as stainless steel and nylon filter cloths, are also high quality and designed to last for years.
• Lower costs
Because the system cleans itself and has a long life, you save significantly on maintenance and replacement costs. Many of our customers recoup their investment in as little as six months.
